The cars handle like a dream, the impact engine is glorious and now, with updated graphics, running the game on max settings 1080p at 60fps, the experience is so much better. Once you're into it, you'll be glad you took the chance. The start is a little slow but most games are. Anyway, I decided to take the plunge for the sheer nostalgia alone and what a great choice it was, all the memories I had from playing it as a 13 year old boy came flooding back and I can say that I'm hooked again. But it dawned on me, maybe I wouldn't enjoy it, 10 years later after all, I did everything there is to do, I had all the achievements, and spent even more time after that, just driving around and replaying races. I was in love with the world, with the cars, with the soundtrack. I was 13 at the time and Burnout Paradise was an amazing experience for me then, I was hooked for weeks. When I heard Burnout Paradise was being remastered, I had the same excitement as I did 10 years ago.
